Hey there. Fred here. I’m back.
I like that this is my first blog and I thought it would be nice to keep it going. So many inspirational comments and posts made this a wonderful place to evolve. I need it back in my life agin. I hope you feel the same.
Right now I am still in Louisiana directing my second feature film for Dimension. It is almost over. Four days to be exact. Now the post fun (editing, scoring, etc) begins back in Los Angeles. Here we go…

Hey there.. wow.. i thought i was the only one who vistis old blogs. i have 3 that i visit and look at go back to.. add too… copy and paste from… i don’t get to do as much on these as i want to. i still remember though…and i love going back and looking at the frame of mindi was in , its crazy how things i wrote a long while back in comparison to now stand out in a new different way but still just a strong. its like as i go the things i write are seen in a new light.. i change butthe words are still there, and the feelings and meaning just grow with me. bah.. i’m babbling. i will admit though i’m spening a lot f time on my myspace… in the shadows always thats me. i miss the chat rooms .. i just got a new computer set up at home… working a few new features on it… and its helping me with my book i’ve been working on… truth be known… i think i’m close to being finished… i have rolled around the idea of haing a series instead of one huge long book… which was my problem … i can’t seem to finish… andi thought welll why should i? anyhoo… boring shit to you i’m sure… but its my shit. what movie are you working on… i’m not a google girl and i’m not up t speed onshit unless you inform us… so yeah… i’f love to hear about that!..need an actress? The GOOD, The BAD of american Chinese food
The food I will write about, is on Chinese Food. It will be about what kind of Chinese food I like. Plus I will talk about good Chinese restaurants, and BAD Chinese restaurants. But I still love Chinese food anyway. I hope this will broaden you’re view of Chinese food.
Here are my usual favorite choices in Chinese food, though really in china ACTUAL Chinese food is quite different (if you can stomach cat brains, and chicken guts). The important dish you must have in a Chinese restaurant is FRIED RICE *preferably combination*. For my usual main coarse I have Chop Suey, a great dish of beef and vegetables. Plus a nice bowl of wonton soup (for some reason, my home town is sparse in this great dish). Now you know what Chinese food is my usual taste.
“Next are stories of my experiences at the Chinese restaurants Bamboo Pavilion, and Ho-Wah.
The worst time I’ve had was at a Chinese restaurant entitled “Ho-Wah”. It was on the mothers day and me & my family went to eat out for the holiday. We all decided to eat at Ho-Wah. When we were there, I ordered just a bowl of wonton noodle soup. While some of my other family ordered prawns, and chicken. When I got my dish, the soup looked greasy “and I could ACTUALLY see the pure oil and fat flowing in the broth!” Then I looked over at the other dishes every one got. One looked raw, another undercooked, and some that just didn’t look fresh or edible! Soon after we all finished eating… we were all hurting at the same time. Later we all had succumbed to FOOD POISONING. All of us had Pepto Bismal for desert. Plus we knew NEVER to eat at that restaurant again…
But now for a better side of my chosen food topic for the essay. “Bamboo Pavilion” has always been a restaurant of choice from ever since I was born! If I’m right that has been the first restaurant I’ve been to after being birthed. That place feels like home to me when I go. It was were I had my first family dinner I had, and also the last place my last grandparents enjoyed (till there time came). Bamboo always brings back good memories for me with great food.
I hope this essay shared good stories of Chinese food experiences. It’s one of my favorite types of food culture. Though I LOVE lots of food (even though I’m a bit of a fat but right now).

I don’t know your work (heading to IMDB in a sec) but I’m a fan of all things film. Hope all goes well for you (unless upon watching your film I think it sucks

I know putting a film together is a nightmare even for someone as experienced as Ridley Scott and I know that there are obligations to your employers and they have rights over film-related content. I would never tell anyone how to run their blog, but if you’re just getting back on Xanga, unless you have something specific you want/need to get off of your chest, I would like to suggest using your Xanga as a log of the daily goings on. It will be an entertaining read for those of us who watch all the featurettes on DVDs and listen to the commentaries.
Good luck! I look forward to meeting you should our paths ever cross, which is a definite possibility if you attend the Sidewalk Film Festival in Birmingham, AL. It’s always the last full weekend in September. Friday night is just the opening film (excepting the numerous parties for the contestants). Saturday and Sunday is film film film unless you stop by the 4th Street Jazz Festival. This will be their 11th and my 4th year to go. Maybe we’ll see you there?
